speed hack ore 1`hit kill ?

This guy killed me whit 1-2 ore 3 hits and as you can see in the image hi has just 25 life..and i used combo on him whit 1000+ dmg and didn't die i have the same rrs and i have FO items on me....and could not kill him....thats strange..no?
I stand alone vs a 30 rr bk...and didn't die....and this mg can kill me 1-2 ore 3 hits...?
I want an explanation!
