I can not create guild

I think the NPC to create guilds is bug.. please chek that

you need minimum of 1 reset and 300 levels i think

According to the NPC it's 2 resets and 350 levels, but if he's DeathMask in-game he has a lot more resets than that, he's one of the top characters.

Make sure you are level 400 before you make a guild.
