I recommend to download the other client and try that.

(If download lite, try Full Version or opposite)

Hello!! i have the same problem than Mankill, i cant spend more than 30 min online because the game shut down, i dont recieve eny messege it just shut down, i already downloand the other client and still happening. Hope you can help me coz its really tired get dc all the time.

It might be because of one of the server crashed and your character got stuck in that server.

When IncubuS re-starts the server everything should be fine.
