VIP is per Character based not account , also you can try to reconnect to the server ( disconnect and connect back on the same server or different one ) , you should still have the remaining minutes.

Sir i log in my chr again noy other chr in my acc and i make reconnect again but still lost it

I remember something like this happened last night for ShadowKill , but after he reconnected 1-2 times it was back to vip state with all the remaining minutes.
For the moment all i can recommend is to reconnect few times between the sub-servers. Meanwhile i'm checking the nature of this bug and determine a fix.

I lost a gold vip today as well (had about 40+ mins left), it happened after I crashed from the game. I tried relogging into the different servers but it still stated that I didn't buy VIP.

I guess sometimes when i crash from the game some of the options (PC points, W coints, VIP, etc) goes back to 0.

I also noticed that some people crash more than others, can it be an IP problem? Because I had a problem with the forum due to my IP.

Same happened here. Tried to change servers many times and exit the game as well . But VIP system has gone !!

same here. i lost twice vip gold :D

I will test out this issue again.

But as IncubuS said, i re-connected and VIP came back.
