mather is a misspelling of the word "mother". Mother is defined (unofficial, etic definition) as either "the person who bore you" or "(older) female in your life that raised you to adulthood (and beyond at times)".

f**ing is a mispelling of a word that shouldn't not be said. The loose definition of this is "having intercourse with" (this is in the nicest terms, in practical uses, it means far worse).

The word u is used in accordance to the word you (second person noun), although to fit English grammar rules, it should be "your".

So, the statement, "f**ing u mather" actually means: "having intercourse with with the women who bore you" or "having intercourse with the female that raised you to adulthood". Both statements are profane.
