Why i can't click GAME START

Please Sir and sorry Before if my English bad....
i come From Indonesia Country....

the problem.... first i Click IEN.exe and i wait for so long time but cannot click GAME START,

so Please Sir.... i must play the game i so dizzy if cannot play anymore...:confused:
please im beg for somebody can help me T_T............

this on pict that my Soul Master and Reset 23
but how this day i can't Play T_T....
and i use another computer and samething cannot play to, i have computer 10 more
but still can't Click (GAME START) i get holliday 3 days so i prepared to play this game
somebody Help me please........ Thank You.

This can be an issue of one of a few things:

1. Internet Not Stable
2. Anti-Virus blocking connection
3. Re-Download/Re-Install MU ONLINE
