There could be some reasons why you can get a disconnect , one of them would be phone credit. Anyways you can click the "Do you need help?" button on the daopay page and then click "Resume Payment"

I know but call cos 8,30 and got on my phone account 10,00, and now what ? I cant call again beacouse i dont have money on my phone .

First of all i dont understand the language. Second of all it seems to be working , you should also note that your phone operator can charge more than the stated prices. So check your balance.

Balance is fine i had 10,00 i pay 8,50, and i still got 1,50. But i dont get creadits.


I call again to finish service and again i pay 8,50 and i get creadits, but where are my coins from first call ?!

I have just verified the phone calls history and you have not been charged twice as you state, the second call that you made was a continuance of the fist call , therefor only the price difference was charged.

In order to complete your payment, you always need 2 or 3 calls.

For example, I, in order to pay the 3 euro for 4000 MUCash, have to call three times.

Please ask someone that knows English to explain to you what i replied to your questions earlier on this topic. Maybe then you will understand. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED more than what was needed:

As you can see , both the calls had the same order number , which means the second call was needed to continue the first interrupted call and you were charged for just the missing time from the fist call.
