TrEZ shield lost in jerridon

Hi Sir incubuS! im posting for my friend Trez because she cant post due to not receiving verification code and trying to register a new forum account but it seems that registration is closed or there's a problem upon registration..

Here we go Sir! TrEz problem is she is trying to restore her shield yellow option after putting jewel of harmony but not satisfied with the option she got. She putted the Shield to Jerridon in Aida map, then at the moment she putted it the game client suddenly closed and then she logged her account again the shield was gone. Please Help my Friend Because the shield was not ordinary, its FULL OPTION.. And I'm standing as her Witness and if Some are thinking that this is a Trick, You can trace the Shield Sir, its on the TrEz characters log.. and the FO shield was from ZANRIL, She gave that shield to TrEz as a gift.. You can trace the item Transfer log too and ZANRIL can be a witness too.. Please make a further review and a quick solution. Thanks a lot Sir. Good Day and More power!

Please make it as soon as you can Sir.. I didn't wrote a post for my own sake, its for my friend and she Really need that Shield. other thing many players Can prove that she Really had that shield. You can make a survey too but I am pretty much sure that log is the Best way.. again please make fast a review so that she will have her shield again. Thanks Sir.
