MU Cash Question

Just a simple question: Will we later be able to earn MU Cash points without donating?

I think it would be good because I remember being able to purchase some stuff two seasons ago with the help of that (I also donated).

It would be a good idea if we could earn them from the 50th reset upwards and/or by voting on the server.
